Multilayer Problem  "halp!"

#1

What I am using:

Eduke32 (latest version as far as I know)
Yang (latest as well)
HRP (latest)
GOG Duke3D Atomic Edition

Okay, so I go to Yang, setup a room, wait for my buddy to join. He Joins. My game loads almost no problem. 9 times out of 10, I crash to desktop, (although the dos box from yang is still up), and my buddy is in game. 1 time out of 10, My buddy crashes before he gets in, and I am playing just fine. I've had 1 successful MP game launch with this particular player out of maybe 20 tries. That said, I had a couple randoms join in and play with me, and it played just fine.

I've tried launching it by myself, works fine and I can play for forever
I've tried without HRP, the issue is the same.
I've tried with different user settings

I'm not sure whats going on here, but I almost wish I had my modem and 1996 back. How can I post the log of the Eduke crashes? I didn't see a file in the D3D directory.

Check this thread for info that could help solve the problem:
