Ctrl+T command in mapster

Says on the mapster32 keys I have that this will enter a text editing mode when used on a text sprite, but this must be configured in the mapster.cfg file. I'm having some trouble finding where this option is in the cinfig file. Attached is a copy of my config file (converted to .txt for upload). Maybe I'm missing something?

No. I tried to use the Ctrl+T in mapster and it doesn't work, says I have to configure something in the mapster32.cfg file, but I can't figure out which option is what I'm looking for.

Been ages since I did this, but try pasting a text sprite on the wall and then using Ctrl + T while highlighting the text sprite (in 3D mode, of course). Then just start typing and it should place the rest of the text sprites accordingly.

Omg really!?! I've always put messages in manually, which you can imagine is a PITA. I love all the shortcuts and features I keep on finding which continue to make mapster32 more convenient and easy to use

Oops, that was meant to be tiles.cfg, but if you're not modding you can safely ignore it. The usage is as Nukey says. If you want to write multi-line text, the first letter (the one you pointed at initially) serves as beginning-of-line marker, so you can go back at a later time and finish your prose.
