Can't get SE88 to work in duke plus.

Trying the effect to make one room look at another. Both rooms are mirrored with identical textures. I placed a blank texture (hit "G" and selected 65, the same one used in the duke effects map). Put two SE sprites with low tag 88 and high tag 123. I left it at that. I didn't mess with the angle as that was flagged "optional" in the text. After that, in game I just have a blank, black wall.

Duke plus is selected in the menu and polymer is turned on.
ATI driver version: 8.741.0.0

You had the SEs pointed in the wrong direction, and too close to the wall. Also, while setting extra on them for the z angle is "optional", it needs to be set because the default mode doesn't work very well.

This effect is identical to the portal effect used in WGR2. At present, it cannot be used to simulate looking into another room in a realistic way, because the cameras are at fixed points.

EDIT: Oh, and this is one of those things that doesn't yet work in Polymer, too (IIRC the showview command does not work in Polymer yet).
