I played it with NBlood and there was no issue outside of small visual glitches with some of the ROR depending on view angle (as noted in the readme), and it's not like even the original game didn't have those.

Reading the description, I think it's because the guy actually worked on Fresh Supply. Naturally, you'd make your mod for something you're most familiar with.

The dev of Marrow works for 3D Realms. I don’t think he has anything to do with FS.

>this implies World Tour is the official version of Duke
I guess this is technically true. But it doesn't mean the community has to acknowledge it.
Also, I thought FS had the worst visual glitches? Maybe that is not true anymore but I remember that being a meme for a good bit.

Have you ever owned a business?
Seriously though... Yes, it has its share of rendering bugs. Some old user maps are completely broken, and even the first level of Cryptic Passage has visual glitches in the light house.

Unpopular opinion: World Tour is better than Fresh Supply. A new episode, Ep 1-4 had dynamic lights retrofitted, Lee Jackson remastered the soundtrack and made some kick ass tunes for the new episode. Lets be real, people aren't mad at WT because it's a bad port, they're mad at it because it replaced Megaton. Okay, that and the fucking pills.

Also, removing the red crosses was a perfectly acceptable and understandable edit.

I actually pretty much just use EDuke32 as it is the father of the EDuke32 family of ports. Also Rednukem builds haven't been updated in a couple months so not sure if they're outdated or not. The warps are not important for casual players or even anything related to the single-player campaign. They're needed for multiplayer.

And the bugs that make it more unstable than the DOS version. And the price hike for less content compared to Megaton. And the abysmal sound quality it released with. And that the later half of AWO's levels were visibly unfinished with empty secrets. And the final boss being easier than a liztroop. And the overall less-than-bare-minimum quality of the project.
Not that Megaton was a saint but it was far more acceptable for the price it had, plus making the three major expansions available for the first time since the 90s.

Wow! Nice to see this. Figured out for NotBlood I needed to name the .ini files in the autoload correctly.
