Signing in to Netflix on my smart TV

So I just bought a new TV(the LG 50UF830V), but I can't sign in to Netflix on it, it says it can't find an account to go with my email address. Netflix works fine on my Android tablet but on my PC I have to sign in using Facebook. I can't do that on my TV. My Netflix account settings list the correct email address. There is nothing I can change there.

Edit:

Changing the password didn't work, but changing it back again did!
