[RELEASE] Block City  "Based on the Mario Kart Double Dash battle course"

I've put together a DukeMatch map (well...two maps) based on the Block City battle course from Mario Kart Double Dash. This isn't the first Mario Kart-based DukeMatch map I've made, and it won't be the last.

(Just like with my other Mario Kart-based DM maps, I created two layouts for this one; blkcity.map is designed to be more accurate to how the map worked in Mario Kart, and blkcityx.map is a layout variation that adds some complexity.)

(edit: some nitpicky bugfixes to blkcityx.map)

Pretty neat idea! Could've used some custom music though.
