Just found out that Doom 4 doesn't like my graphic card (Geforce 750ti).
Man, fuck that, I'm not buying an expensive card just to play doom, I've been doing that already for the last 10 years on integrated graphics. =P
The worst thing is the game doesn't even look great.

Aubrey Hodges just released the 20th Anniversary Edition of the Playstation Doom Soundtrack. Sounds much better than ever than the old one! Check it out!

Don't know if it was known already but I noticed Brutal Doom 64 today hehe http://www.moddb.com.../brutal-doom-64

I had a look at this and it seems to be running on GZDoom/Zandronum. Does that really make it Doom 64?

It has Doom 64 content, so yes.
If you mean is it Brutal Doom 64 EX, then no.

This environment looks alright, but overall it just looks flat? Like the textures aren't lit properly? I dunno.
The rest look fantastic.

$17 for all the goodies? That's a bargain!

This is something actually worth purchasing these days, and the best part is that the cash goes to him rather than silly publishers.

That's probably the most expensive digital album that I have ever seen, for that price I'd expect at least a 2CD release with free international shipping.

It's got hours of music in it, though. Not even 2 CDs might be enough since many of the tracks are over 10 minutes long.

You do get it in all relevant formats as well, but that's not as important as it seems when you can compress them yourself if you got the WAVs or the FLACs at least.

I hated the Chaingun snipers in most of TNT.

Plutonia was intended to be bullshit after bullshit so overuse of Revenants isn't so much a problem.

Well, most people in 1992 had to buy a 486 just to play the classic Doom at acceptable framerates, so...

No Rest For The Living gave me a very Knee Deep in the Dead vibe - it comes highly recommended.

Only played a few of the Master Levels so far.

Where's the rest of the textures :dukeaffirmative:

I... actually kind of like it. In general I despise E1M1 remakes or ports or whatever, but this seems kind of cool (even with the obviously lacking doors), probably due to them(?) finding a nice scale that fits SM64.

Instead of the bomb-omb picture, maybe it should be a picture of the Cacodemon, or the Cyberdemon. :) Other than that, looks like the perfect doom mod for Super Mario 64. :dukeaffirmative:

Most of them are worthless, like DukeZone quality. The only good ones were used in PSX Final Doom.

I think you're mixing up Maximum Doom with the actual Master Levels. There's only 1 crap-quality Master Level and it's just a secret joke level. 13 of the 20 serious Master Levels are in PSX Final Doom; the ones it lacks are far from poor creations.

What is a wad? A miserable little pile of bytes.
Yeah, also of secrets eventually.

Someone already mentioned the all-in-one DOOM 2 level by Eternal/Deadall? (need prboom or boom to work correctly anyway)

Even as a placeholder this is pretty lame, so hopefully they can come up with something a little more exciting for the final artwork.

Edit: It was pointed out that you can see a face behind the visor.
