I'd say just pirate ME2 and ME3. There's so much DLC which is literally game materials EA made them cut out. They don't deserve to get paid for that.

Absolutely this, that's what I did because this crap is seriously ridiculous, especially because you have to buy Bioware points to buy DLCs for the second game. Good thing you can unlock DLCs even if you have legit copies for both games.

I feel bad for SF5. I've never been a huge fan of the series, but the art style and graphics quality really impressed me and the soundtrack was one of the best I've ever heard! It deserved better.

Don't, unless you mean that it's in hands of Capcom which turned the game to shit. Besides, there are way better fighting games which deserve more attention than SF. Guilty Gear soundtrack was great since the first game and SF5 soundtrack turned to shit once the first DLC character was released. They probably hired another composer to do the music.

Also, SNK was the best company when it comes to sprites graphics, just read articles about it which are quite interesting, no one could compete with them and the tech they used was very expensive. Just check this out alone.
