Itallics, underlines, and bold letters don't work in Signatures...
The option is there, so it's sortof wierd that it doesn't work...

I've disabled it per RedSplat's request. He suggested that plain signatures would look better on the website, and I must say, agree with him.
Although I don't think he meant bold and italics should be disabled as well--it's just that there is no option to enable some BB codes and disable the rest, so we had to get rid of all of them.

It's not a problem that i can't use any of it, i'm fine with the way sigs are...
But the fact that the option is there, but not working bugs me...
It's like having a hotlink for some place on the forums that doesn't exist, meaning that there's absolutely no reason for that hotlink at all...
If possible, i'd like these options/buttons to be completely removed, or at least be blurred and unclickable (blurred buttons as a visual way to tell people it's not available)
If nothing, well, it's not THAT bad... but it's still wierd...

Apperently not.

Understandable, but given the relatively small size of our forum community, it's implied that that can fall under the general discussion forum.

How about some Duke3D map/mod reviews?
I'd be willing to do some myself...
I'd be willing to do some myself...

If you can write with good grammar/spelling, and provide some images along with the review, then I'd be glad to showcase your work on the site.
Also, reviews should be longer than a paragraph or two.

RedSplat was the one who created them in the first place. I have see where he got the tag for 'em.

the STALKER thread for example.
I demand you fix the spoiler tags or I'll ban you
Another problem is when watching a thread with spoiler tags from the previous version of the board, you see there is a spoiler, but when you click it, it doesn't "open" so you can't read the spoiler.

I'd love an Indicator that shows which Actual posts are new, when entering a thread...
There's a "post" symbol right below everyones names, besides the date of teh post... perhaps it could be done, that any new post, isn't greyed out..?
Also, is it possible to make direct linked images (big images is what i have in mind) scale down automatically to fit the forums size..? Anytime an Image exceeds the forums standard size (usually the width, i don't think the height has ever been an issue) the forum stretches together with the image... It's quite annoying to look at the forum deform like that, and sometimes, you must scroll sideways to read some posts because the extra width of the forum affects when a post goes to the next line... i personally hate it when i must scroll sideways just to get one last word to complete reading...
I assume everyone is familiar with all this already, so explaining it all was perhaps not even needed... but i like to make sure everything is clear...
So, any of this possible to do/fix..?

You can automatically see which posts are new, if you click on the icon that indicates there are new posts, it automatically sends you to the oldest unread post in that thread (with HTML anchors)

But that is outside the actual thread, and not inside it...
Once i enter the thread, who knows if a bunch of pictures needs to be loaded, and as they expand, the page jumps up and down, untill they all are loaded... after which , i need to look for that damn new post, and nothing i there to aid me with that...
Of course, i could go back (Backspace) and click on that icon once again to enter the thread anew, where all the pictures already have loaded...
But that's exactly what i don't want to bother with, if i can just see which post is actually new, and which aren't... Just some kind of In-thread highlight to indicate a new post, that's all...

"My Assistant" should look good now.
It was shit for a long time, but just now it bugged me enough to fix it. Heh heh.
The code for it was simply missing in the CSS.
Now it's back in.

When using the "more options" reply mode, there's no link to a smiley popup window.

We now have German Quotes..!
Instead of saying "Quote" in a quoted message, it says "Zitat"
