Yeah oki have a small problem with the HRP.
The bosses and the newbeast still look flat... Wat should i do?

Do yo have the latest released version of it..?
Those enemies might not have been modelled yet, if that is the case...

You need to download the HRP to get the models. If you just play with Polymer, you will have the old Duke tiles, but just with pretty lights.
Nothing at the moment has been released as "Next Gen" - with normal and specular maps, though people are working on stuff.
