I've got a 75% off Serious Sam 3 voucher and 3 megaton vouchers. I don't think I'll be running out any time soon.

Looks like nobody cares my post at all. Yeah, and looks like I won't using them when I don't know who needed them.

@GeneralArcade, can an ambiant light slider be added? When playing usermaps, it's important to be able to tweak the brightness in the levels because some are intended to be brighter/darker than others. All the current "brightness" slider does is change screen brightness, which doesn't really do much.

£6.99 seems very reasonable considering you get the game and three expansions. I am very tempted to buy it as I have never played Nuclear Winter. I read about some problems this has had on steam so I hope they've been dealt with (anyone have the game that can clarify for me please?). Looks quite polished as well actually.

Not really, it is not polished.

Still waiting for the 'Very Difficult' achievements, so I have a better reason for playing on really hard. Also, I REALLY hope they release more expansions.

They've already released the expansions worth releasing. Everything else is just shitty shovelware map-packs.

Multiplayer is the only reason i bothered with megaton ...

Maybe, the 3 official expansions just enough for me...

But I feel so funny when some guys on the Steam forum said about they should adding the PSX 4th episode, N64, DNZH and other console DN game levels... when they don't have any idea those game are very different from the PC one, even just "port the levels" to PC... :)

The people on the Steam forums are not very bright :)

Actually Plug and Pray would be possible, since it is comparable to the 3 add-ons.

And just how would they include that when the levels are lost :)

That guy who posted here lost his levels, but that doesn't means nobody else has them, or that one day a way to extract them won't be find.

The PSX 4th episode and the N64 additions are plausible, but not gonna happen. Too much work for no return. At least we got DN:64 Resurgence.

Not really sure what the "other console" Duke Nukem games are, since no other use the Build engine.

Yeah, that's my point. When losing the source maps and don't what/when someone will found them, that means needed a lot of works... Even the DN64 remake for 3D is really serious heavy works indeed, when it's just the maps use Build map format and the editor, but it still needed a lot of works to made them worked on PC.

Other non-Build engine console games, I just don't considered them at all when they're like N64 but very unlikely to happens, when needed totally works from scratch.

:)

It seems that the hardest part for Nukey was "extracting" (messing with HEX) the maps, he only needed to copy the header of a file from the PC in order for them to work. But going by what Bill Beacham told me, they probably have changed the map format for the Zero Hour levels (which would be comparable to trying to open a ROR level with the old Build editor).

By the way, why the intro videos quality been decreased in Megaton compared to the XBLA files?

(PS: I am not interested in Megaton)

Probably because the ones on the XBLA release were only to suit one resolution. Megaton has to suit a variety of resolutions.

Also why did you quote his post then if you didn't want it :)

Shouldn't it be the other way around then? Increase the quality in Megaton?

And why did you quote MY post?

To ask why you quoted Green's post when you had no intentions of wanting Megaton and Green himself may not have known the answer anyway.

I wasn't asking him, the image reminded me of the intro video.
