For me it's probably between cheeky and flirty, unless you're talking about more formal occasions like a workplace, in which case it's between flirty and proper.

I don't much care for the nomenclature of the various "skirt lengths" (I detest chauvinism), but I prefer "flirty" - assuming that I have a strict preference, which I don't. If a girl and I start chatting each other up, I'm not going to say "well, you're not worth dating, because your skirt is too long."

The assumption is that if you wear skirt or shorts at a certain length, you're considered a "whore", a "slut", or "asking for it" (and if that's not the assumption, nothing else immediately comes to mind). The fact is I have seen a lot of people wear at those lengths. It's presumptive at best.

Long skirts aren't always "matronly", "prudish", or "old-fashioned". I've seen skirts so long they drag on the floor yet they're so tight that you can see the lining of the girl's underwear.

I voted for all of them so it would look like the poll is progressing even though the ratios haven't been changed. lulz
