Some Neue Deutsche Welle before that, really interesting musical period/scene.

That was beautiful, but what's wrong with Pink Floyd in Pantera? By having some diversity we try to have a bit of taste.

Anyhow, I keep listening to my new vinyl;
I'm dead proud of owning this one.
I also keep listening to "Der füehrer's face" from the Donald Duck episode of the same name... I won't link to it for probably obvious reasons, but go and YouTube Der Füehrer's Face if you don't know what I am on about
Realistically, my musical "taste" is very diverse, sometimes I sit and listen to classical music, another day it will be video game music, the next day it might be heavy metal or 1960's music, I try not to stick to one genre and I'm not affraid to admit to liking some songs that others would never listen too because it doesn't make them look "cool" - for example, I like YMCA by the Village People, I'm not gay, but that song just makes me feel... happy.
Dunno where that last bit came from, I'm kind of tired so I should probably stop typing and go to sleep.

I feel you, bro. I can't stop listening to this performance of "Another One Bites the Dust" right now. Though I'm not sure if that counts as still listening even though it won't make me look cool, since liking Freddie's outfit during this performance is definitely making a statement.
Either way, this guy made gay people look awesome.

And stop with this "i don't know if it'll make me cool". That sounds stupid most of the time. It's like saying you're "different".

He was awesome whether he was gay or not. It doesn't matter. Don't project him to other "gay people". It's like saying Clint Eastwood made "straight" people look awesome in Dirty Harry.
