Wasn't Camel a big deal in art rock?
That or progressive rock.
Maybe back in the 70's when progressive rock was popular. But they never got much if any publicity or air-play.
I only knew of them by chance when I saw the Mirage album on a discount rack for 5 dollars. The album cover art
is what caught my eye. Lady Fantasy was my fav track.
This is Camel doing that song live, and it's played with so much emotion that even the guitar player is crying while
doing his quiet solo (starting at 5:00). This is the first time I ever saw a live video of them and never knew they played
with so much intensity and feeling.

Went to see these guys a couple months back. They were really, really awesome. Corey (the banjo player) gave me some whiskey!

I remember seeing this band live at the Parkpop festival back in '92; great gig and this song was one of my favourites.
