Its sounds the same as 50 other tracker songs from the 90's. Good, but the same old thing.

It's Italian Disco. You don't have to go across genres to find similar songs. It's a really great genre and much better than American disco. Also was a huge influence on Daft Punk.
The video I posted above is "League of Gentlemen" by Robert Fripp, a member of the rock band King Crimson. Basically, the rock instruments he was accustomed to were repurposed in an attempt to get into the dance scene. It's a pretty cool and unique record. It's amazing to think of how much great music was floating around European clubs at the time. Much of this stuff is still only available on old vinyls.

New wave of traditional heavy metal. I'm glad to see it still alive.

When I saw that Dee Snider was going to be on that upcoming Ayreon release I did a YT search for anything else he's done recently. Its been a while since I heard anything from or about him. His 2018 "For the love of Metal" album looks pretty good.

I'm going to link this 3rd video in hopes it displays. I was able to send intact links in email but not here. Maybe there is some protection on these?

Electric Six, a new-wave & disco flavored rock band responsible for masterpieces such as "Infected Girls", "Naked Pictures (Of Your Mother)", "Psychic Visions", "Improper Dancing", "I buy the drugs" and of course "Love Song For Myself", a masterpiece featuring this unforgettable chorus:
I will always be here for me (Fortunately for me)
Come with me my destiny (Lies with me)
I will sing this song of me (To an audience of me)
Listen to what the cat man sings (ME ME ME ME MEEEEEEE..)
And if you don't get it, that's okay because, as lead singer Dick Valentine puts it: "90% of our songs are about absolutely nothing".
