I will say that when I threw a SSD into my laptop, it was the biggest performance improvement I've seen in one machine in nearly 20 years of experience.

And that's gonna be the most costly part of my PC. I don't know... money is not that of an issue, but I'm building this PC solely for GNU/Linux and I've spent way more than I should have on it. Whatever, SSD it is then. Crucial M4 got a recommendation in another thread. Probably gonna buy it then.
Had a blast assembling it today. I absolutely adore getting all the cables in order while bulding PC. Especially if the case is good for that. Didn't like that 140mm front fan so turned it off. Either gonna buy something with less rpm value(as I did for its 'sister' case) or not gonna bother until getting a GPU.
