Glad it didn't go through. It looked like a complete joke. They show off duke 3d and the mobile game on game rankings, but it didn't help it displayed how many reviews below the score.....6 or 2. ;) No one funds mobile games. Mobile games are usually developed on freetime, under an established fully funded studio, by one developer looking to cash in, or porting....no one asks for funding.

Not only that, but they spammed the page with hype and images, yet for some odd reason, didn't think to include a short video of actual gameplay... Hmm.

Also why make a new version of a shitty game with new graphics? Just make a new game at that point.

Exactly haha. What they should do is go to Apogee/Frontline and get the incomplete Critical Mass PSP and port to iOS/Android. Though we all know how it turns out when you pass an unfinished Duke game to another developer. Though people might actually fund it because it looks pretty damn good.
