Another bit of good news is that Frederick is trolling me regarding Pathfinder.

If I was there during those 30 seconds I would have had him, but the info I got out of the pic is that Apogee is confirmed to be involved with Pathfinder and that production on it has begun.

Pathfinder being an Apogee & Interceptor game was just a guess until now.

At least the game looks awesome and intense, with some nice modern touches to it. Then again I'm only watching the trailer on my phone, and I'll be keeping an eye out for upcoming reviews.
Edit: Nightfright what Shadow Warrior HD are you talking about?

I got the trailer from ROTT's forums. The guy who got it there got it from Green Man Gaming's page so I'm guessing it went up a little too soon so that's why the Steam pre-order isn't up yet.

GOG Pre-orders went up at like 3AM my time (they're in poland) Steam won't be up til like 10AM PST so that's when we're gonna send out the press release and make it official so all the stores are open. Radio silence til then.
SOON NO MORE. Hope ya liked the trailer. Me and Fred worked on it all weekend. :-)

Thanks, just my impatience to get this game ASAP. And the trailer was superb; no OD-ing on dramatic pre-rendered scenes and 'bad-ass' VO tropes, just straightforward concentrated action.

Yes, that's the track for the final credits, done by Andrew's band - Burying the Trend.

Ah, I was referring to the re-release of the original SW by Devolver Digital (NOT the "Classic" version you can currently get for free on Steam), just like they did with Megaton for Duke3D. I think they actually call it "Classic Redux" now, it seems. Its release should be quite imminent according to the latest dev tweets.

Hm, one one hand I want to support GOG on the other hand I would like the additional Steam features.
Tough choice.

More people will buy from a 'smaller' developer if the prices are lower, that way they don't feel so conned if they dislike the product. Personally I'd happily pay anything up to standard UK retail price for it (£30), but £15 for a great game and 4 free DOSBox games in a handy combined launcher as a pre-order incentive is a steal.
