I don't know if this is the latest that was available (it looks like it isn't), and I know I started to make a couple modifications to try to get the racetrack map I was making to work but it really is not worth it for me to upload that.
Here is the map I was making. It is based on E3L9, and is a very simple 0-shaped track in the style of Baby Park from the Mario Kart games. I tried to get the TRANSPORTERSTAR sprites to oscillate like they were camera flashes but that didn't work, and the space-warp traps always fucked up the lap counter so I abandoned it.

eyceguy actually got some
webspace from Thundik81 but all there is in there is DukeCTF, not DukeKart.
There are a lot of archival versions of HRP-related things on
Thundik81's webspace. You can also find the old
Voxel Model Pack which had HRP models converted to voxels using one of Ken's programs.
