(<<< MAN that takes me back to the good ol' days of my youth, well, younger youth haha.)
(It was a PC game on DOS systems, the PS1 version was the more popular version, though).

Descent had the greatest soundtrack of any DOS era game. This track is beyond epic, the best in the game, and therefore the best OPL3 track of all time. If you want the whole soundtrack, you can still get if from PlanetDescent.
Halloween Fuckin' Harry. It has more soul and character in one finger than most games do in their whole body.

That's all for now, I'll definitely be back later. For now, let me say this:
Long live DOS, Windows 95, the Yamaha OPL3 synthesizer, and every single indie developer who made PC gaming so awesome in the 1990's. May their spirits always be with us.
Any game that needs more than 256 colors to run is shit.

Some of the music between the Genesis and PC versions of Sonic 3 & Knuckles were changed, including Ice Cap Zone. You linked to the Genesis version. This is the PC version: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=dGb50xDIk7E. Genesis > PC, amirite?

They are dirt cheap, around $10 or $20 with shipping included on eBay. I miquoted the model number before, it's actually the CT2230.
I forgot to mention this earlier. The Genesis version of Lotus II sounds much better than the Amiga version of Lotus III (Same game different name IIRC). Too bad this audio rip is severely fucked up. Go run it in an emulator for the full experience.
Oh yeah, the Sonic 3 Final Boss theme. The greatest Sega Genesis track of all time. A lot of depth is lost on YouTube, so go run it on an emulator, on better yet, on a Genesis.
Here's a sick remix of the Final Boss theme, performed with a real guitar.
