I think it happens when more than one player is connected in the server. It's normal in SMP.

Are you running a single-core system with Windows XP 32-bit? I have a theory. Every Computer I've run with these specs has horrible SMP lag to the point of being kicked. It's only on certain systems and it happens to a lot of people so I've been trying to find the common denominator.

PS: In single player I never had that problem, of course.

I think that is one of the options on the vote day/light plugging.
I will disable this.

He was talking about the voting plugin, not the thing where it goes to daylight when all players are in a bed.

Heh, was that when I tested the jail on you? lol

What is your GPU?
I am running 32bit 4GB XP SP3 with no problems.
The only problems I had with Minecraft was getting black screens when I was using a Nvidia card which turns out to be quite common with the people I have spoken to.
I have never had a video crash with my ATI which is rather odd considering that Minecraft is run in OpenGL and we all know how good ATI is with OpenGL.

I'm currently using an ATI, a Radeon HD6870 HIS to be more precise. But I'm trying to solve other problems in the meantime (some recent games like Mirror's Edge and HL2 EP2 run smooth on my PC but older games like RTCW don't - I'll install a newer Windows, put some 4GBs of RAM and reinstall the drivers to see if things get better). I don't think it's the server problem since other players apparently don't have those delays. In 2 months a much better Internet service will come to my neighborhood and I'll see If it gets better, I don't have much choice anyway (my other options are more expensive).

Ok, it's free for anyone to make an account but their account will only be a "Free Account" and can only play on Classic (0.30) servers. The Commander's server here is a Survival server (1.7+) which you need to upgrade your account to play on which does cost money only once.

Yes, it will cost you €14.95 at the moment, but if you wait till it leaves "Beta" then goes to "Release" it will then cost you €20.00.
Everyone pretty much has this game so there is no reason not to get it.
Also, playing the free version they have on the website is a pretty shit representation of the game if you ask me, there is like 90%+ of things missing from it.

The log file which normally gets to around 2-5 mb was at over 600MB! ouch.
I have been able to fix the issue without needing to scrap the map, although a new world really should be thought about soon. Might open a poll for that.

j2sp3r (Possible client side hacking)
doveen (Deliberate Griefing of spawn area and StabCity)
beefspecial (Deliberate Griefing of spawn area and StabCity)
vanish3d (Deliberate Griefing of spawn area and StabCity)
white_ (Caused deliberate server crash using piston exploit when 1.7 was first released)
If you are one of these people and believe you have been banned unfairly then speak up and state why you think I have banned you incorrectly.
(Remember I can see what block each player removes/breaks/places ect and at what coordinates.)

Start a new map/world,
The current map will be saved and can be replayed at any time, I may also upload it here so that you can play it in Single Player.
