So I went to http://hrp.duke4.net/download.php
and downloaded this dn3d_hrp5-sfx.exe
Now when I run the installer, it is nothing but a 7zip uninstaller that installs the following files in my installation folder

When I click on the hrp_readme.txt and look for installations instructions, I see this
Quote
After installation, you start the game using the shortcut in the Duke3D folder,
desktop or start menu called "Duke3D High Resolution Pack". Starting the game
directly will start EDuke32 without textures and models.
IMPORTANT: To see the high resolution textures and models you have to change the
render mode to 32-bit Polymer in the "Video Settings" under "Options"
in the game menu. Otherwise, HRP content will not work (properly)!
It is recommended to run the setup utility in order to set up your video, audio
and controls for optimum quality and gameplay experience. However, most of the
settings can be changed with EDuke32 ingame menu as well.

And this is where my problem is. I dont see ANY shortcut in the Duke3D folder, desktop or start menu called "Duke3D High Resolution Pack". And then if I am starting the game directly will start EDuke32, it is starting without the HRP textures and models. How do I solve this problem ?
Also it says "It is recommended to run the setup utility..." . Where is this setup utility ? Please help.
I do know that I have to replace the provided duke3d.grp file with the one that I have from my gog.com version, but I really need help in figuring out where the setup utility is and where the "Duke3D High Resolution Pack" shortcut is.
