So do athletes and movie stars...but they aren't elected by people and expected to represent them. How can someone making 3 times as much as you truly represent you? They can't. Besides, with all this deficit stuff, wouldn't the logical thing be to cut wages of politicians? Do you have any idea how much money that would save a year? $100,000 a year/person. 100 senators, 441 representatives. This isn't even including the executive branch and cabinet. Billions of dollars a year...put into coffers than they shell it out every election year.

I feel ya, it's called civil service for a reason. For a very brief, glimmering moment, I was kind of glad when the Democrats gained the majority of the House way back when
....And then nearly the first bill they passed was some happy horseshit that increased the legislature's pay. I went right back to being a pessimist after that

@ Lotan - man, I was kidding. And I'm into mirrors !
@ Mr. Flibble - please do not forget Cali, they made a dumbass Guvinor! And the current president has excellent acting abilities. It's all a show to appease the low level crowd and is paid by the medium crowd on a huge credit card - methinks.

Don't get me wrong, I like looking in the mirror. It's just the desire to have boobs/vagina wasn't associated with looking at them in the mirror for hours.

However, as things went on, I didn't really do much with WOTLK other than the heroics. I didn't raid or PVP, so I wasn't that serious about it. Maybe played 3 hours a day tops. I never actually lost my job or anything like some people. Still made all my appointments.

Hey, if a being that is a member of a social race of creatures doesn't socialize, it will never reproduce and thus the genetic pool will remain untainted by weakness. If I am never able to reproduce for whatever reason, I consider it a good thing for the human race; of course, I have every intention of reproducing because I know that my genes are amazing.
