Agent Orange would be such a cool name for an orange flavoured soft drink, I'd totally buy it
Edit: finished 4 out of my 6 end of year exams, WOOHOO

Hank, Agent Orange is a pretty good band! As to acquiring real Agent Orange, I don't know man. I can't incriminate myself!

Doesn't DNF have that title at the moment?
And how did Stargate Atlantis make fun of WOW? I swear I would have remembered that if it happened

DNF is really no longer the butt of all jokes in the gaming world either because it is allegedly going to be released "soon" (just like 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002)

I think they should have a google search field on top of this thread.

I'm actually surprised you don't know 2 of those since STD and WoW are pretty commonplace abbreviations.

On a totally un-related note, I've had a really good day today (this is a rarity for me). I woke up and it was snowing, I hate snow - you may like it, but when you have to walk everywhere or ride around on 90-Year old bicycles that weigh a lot with 1920's (almost non-existant) steering it is not fun.
Yesterday I discovered that the left locking cone was loose on the gear hub (Sturmey Archer K series) on my vintage Raleigh Tourist so I had to dismantle the entire back end of the bike again to get the wheel off (You have to remove the brakes and mudguard!) and stripped the hub down, because the last bike that had a loose cone turned out to have no bearings, the bearings are 100% OK, I'm amazed that after 90 years everything still works on these things, it proves a point in my opinion. I got that fixed anyway.
I later convinced someone I know to go Ice Skating with me, I haven't been for about a year, I always forget how much I enjoy it, I used to do it all the time, even took figure skating lessons a few years back - it's funny how when you are a male and start figure skating people think you must be gay, weird that, those hockey players that call me gay skate around with men and spend a long time in changing rooms with men and often have physical contact with men wheras figure skaters take a female partner on the ice and don't wear all that protective crap, personally I think the hockey players are not as comfortable with their sexuality as I am... Actually, nobody called me gay this time though, which is rare.

Changing STD to STI would just bullshit everyone into thinking that they can fix it and it would all go away or something like that. It also could make people think that it isn't commutable. Infections are local and can't be passed from one person to another; diseases can. It is a stupid idea.
#2450 Posted 25 November 2010 - 09:34 AM
Yeah, well, people seem to have some kind of sunny disposition instead of looking at things realistically and when you point things like that out to them they say you are negative and to stop trying to ruin their day, and then when a problem they have been ingnoring makes things go horribly wrong for them and they do nothing but whine at you and then they just accuse you of the ruining their day again by being negative as soon as you point out that you warned them that it might happen. Positive people must live a depressing life, always being dissapointed.
This is, of course, very generic and can be applied to anything, not just STDs. Thankfully I've never had any major STDs.

On another note, somebody has moved my pasta again and I can't find it, I just want to have some food and sleep, what part of don't touch my stuff are people still not grasping after two whole years!?
I just had a thought... If you went back in time and screwed yourself, would that be classed as gay, incest or masturbation?

"gay"
When the hell did "homosexual" take over the first definition of "gay"? Damn pricks stealing a perfectly good word making it something it isn't. I will continue to use gay as it was originally intended and thus disrupt everyone's day...because I'm an elitist asshole like that.

"Thank you kind sir, I am rather jolly today if I do say so myself."
I should really fix the keyboard on this laptop, you know, I atually find it easier to paste or even enter the ASCII code for spaces than I do to type them, that and the damn shift key only works when it wants to but will not work on A,S,D,F and G at any time. The mouse cursor moves itself but the touchpad does not work when you touch it and when the driver is enabled the laptop randomly opens help screens (as if I hit the ? button on the touchpad), still, I got it for £80 broken and it didn't cost anything to get it running with what parts I had, it's probably the best £80 I ever spent.
I'm in a really crappy mood about that pasta though, someone is buying me a weeks shopping now, or else.... I'll think of something later.

STD, until I googled it, was = http://www.stddevelopment.com/
Wow was, until I googled it, a word, as in: Wow, look at that gay guy. Where gay in today's language means something different. I'll tell you guys, get Google here. And today's gays look far more appetizing, than those who a had or have a Gay Old Time, methinks.
Just in case: I do hope no one takes my posts serious.

I thought the reasoning behind changing STD to STI was because STI was more scientifically correct? I know next to nothing about them and assumed the term was changed to add cover fungi or lice or little green aliens on holiday or something.
