How do streamers do that thing where they have their live feed of them in the corner of the video, and on behind that they have whatever game they're playing?

Hmm, okay. How does something like this work? The guy's body is in frame, but his room where he's filming isn't. You just see his body.

I think you can take a screenshot of the room without you, then the softwares substracts the image from the video

You have a very nice cat. I'm glad it didn't turn out like this cat:

Back in the "old days" I had to do it with fancy external hardware and a home-made blue screen behind me. No computer involved.

I've trained him well. This is Cosmo when we first got him (or the first picture I took of him). I didn't have a digital camera at the time, so I used a cheap webcam. Taken January 15, 2004.

Started Red Dead Redemption 2 and as soon as you get to the open world in Chapter 2, I did nothing but get all collectibles and did all the hunting for the satchel upgrades (when it was possible, some Legendary animals can't be hunted until near the end of the game). I made a manual save so if I ever want to replay the game I can start with all this shit done but no missions started.

I beat this game on PS4 but never did a lot of the hunting because of how tedious it was (and it still is). But man, I didn't know upgrading your satchel meant you would go from a limit of 3 of every item to fucking 99. That's an insane increase.

I wish GIFs from Twitter were easier to embed. Like anywhere.

my browser's treating it like a video, & until the policy changes, only youtube vids are allowed to be embedded here

That's what I mean. There's no way to get at the actual GIF on Twitter. It's all videos now.

okay.
I don't use twitter.
I'm simply pointing out that the object you used as an example is an mp4, not a gif.
( Kéké on Twitter ✨✨✨✨ ✨… .mp4)

I thought you meant trying to share & embed the object from there to here, not just embed there.
Does twitter do some kind of auto-conversion when the object is uploaded to their server in an effort to prevent hot-linking?

You can always download it, create a gif from the mp4, & re-host it on imgur, but that defeats your "easier" qualifier.

Yeah, that's why I only linked to the Tweet instead of trying to embed it. I'm saying I wish Twitter would give easy access to GIFs instead of the video crap so I could just IMG tag it here. Twitter turns all uploaded GIFs into MP4s. I COULD download the MP4 and convert to GIF but that's a ton of quality loss. I'd rather just find the original GIF.
