I don't see why anyone would find editing my post with that line funny?
I thought this thread was for random stuff and I wanted to share my recent "strategy tip", so what?

You didn't type, "Also, I eat poop"?
Now all the sudden it is funny.

It was probably Hendricks266. In any case, I agree. Whoever did it is a poop eater themselves.

Not sure what a joke bid is. I thought if your bid wins then you are obligated to pay?
But if someone actually pays 70 millions or more for a red hat in a glassed frame, concrats to the (con)artist. :dukeaffirmative:

You can retract the bid...
You can find pretty lenient loopholes in doing so specifically, this one

Quote

It's OK to retract a bid if...

You accidentally enter a wrong bid amount. For instance, you bid $99.50 instead of $9.95.

you can just claim you thought there was a decimal at the beginning.

[added]
the link has changed again, and is at $15000.00
well, I know now what a joke bid is ... :dukeaffirmative:

[added]
yet another link??
http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/111913567870
he says it's legal now and eBay approved, and sits at $100000.00

This looks amazing

I haven't been that excited for a TV series since The Walking Dead.
I've been watching S01 of Daredevil and it's honestly pretty good, in s1 you see "Daredevil" at the very start of becoming a "super hero", he doesn't even have the costume for the entirety of the season.
What's good about it is that it starts in a very normal realistic world, and it shows how it turns to superhero/villain madness in a very progressive and realistic manner, and that, i've never ever seen before, at least not done like this.
My only complain about the series is that sometimes the actors act can be weak. it's weird though, a same actor may perform well or badly depending on the episode.

Season2 will have the Punisher and I know John Berthal will most likely do a great job at playing him, he was already great at playing a "bad ass guy who's neither good nor bad" in the s1 and 2 of The Walking Dead.
Anyone else excited about this?

You know how sometimes in historical fiction you see things from various periods mixed together? It's all "ancient history" you know, so who cares.
Well this is what it makes me feel like, like you get Quake-like environments, Doom-like weapons and enemies that look like they're trying to fit in a game boy colour game.

It's all "so retro" anyway, I mean, who cares?!

Well I'm sorry but personally I can't look at what seems to be dynamic light onto textures trying to look like they're from a NES game.

I have an interesting question for vinyl fanatics. I just found out that on the back of my copy of Mott The Hoople Live there's an Ian Hunter signature. I don't know if that's legit or not, is there a way to find out? I bought it for a couple of bucks on flea market with a bunch of other vinyl, and the guy who sold it to me doesn't really care about vinyl he sells. Well, I mean, he knows that bands like Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple are expensive on vinyl, but he doesn't really care about less known bands like Mott The Hoople.

compare it to known signature examples
if it looks legit, take it to an authenticator
if it's real, it's probably worth about $50 usd
