This just in: The "Happy Birthday" song is now in the public domain thanks to a judge's ruling just handed down. A victory against a greedy record company.

Yeah! Take that Corporate America!

It's mainly George Bush's fault. He's promoted an atmosphere of capitalism and greed that resonates still to this day. :)

Sooo... that pretty much rules out all food production, at least that which involves selecting the nicest looking crops.

Because I have never seen a for sale thread here and seldom see someone asking about one, I don't think there is one and maybe its even discouraged. It would have been nice to have one because there were a few times I would have offered for free some older hardware instead of throwing it out. I know there are at least a few people here that collect that older stuff.

Here. But I am fine with it, feeding with cats is no worse than rabbits or rodents.

Hhehehe well Turtles are my favorite reptiles and interest in creatures. I own a Russian Tortoise and she is a great pet really she even follows me if I put her outside in the open with me. I found her in a petsmart store looking depressed she was 140$ not incuding big tank and all the accessories But I couldnt resist hehe. I think its one thing to catch a turtle but its different if you rescue one out of the pet store. I am thinking about getting her a buddy hehe
I thought I was going to see something like this and just think this isn't even a Alligator snapping Turtle :s

Those are really cool. The only stuff I have on vinyl are a few Iron Maiden records produced in modern times, but I like them a lot. As a game collector mostly interested in the packaging of things I can definitely see the appeal of collecting vinyl.

Being the old timer that I am, I still have my closet full of record albums. Heck, I've still my my 45's from when I was a kid. A few years ago I started recording my records to the computer but the turntable belt started to slip and I never got around to finding another one. I was still buying albums long after CDs first came out because Heavy Metal / Hard Rock CDs were not at the top of any record company's priority list.

Get a record cleaner and a decent inexpensive turntable. The record cleaner makes a bigger difference, although I'm not discounting the turntable's role.

I couldn't get any decent pictures of the eclipse. Too much light pollution downtown. This picture looks like it was taken in a remote area. A place called Unity, Saskatchewan.

I hopped in a buddy's truck and drove onto the beach, we all met up there and had a whole secluded area to ourself. We started a bonfire and it was awesome. I really need to buy an SUV as a second vehicle for this beach, it's the best beach ever. I want a Ford Bronco!

I would like to buy it, but I don't know if I can squeeze in 202 episodes of it anytime soon. Hopefully it gets the proper treatment it deserves though, as a lot of fans will be upset after all this time if it doesn't.
