Yeah, it's a common thing in all fields that when we get better at identifying something (or the ability to identify it in the first place) the "incidence" of it increases. Rather, it's just recognition of something that was already there. It's like saying that gravity sure is more prevalent than it has been!

They are far less shocking if you are able to get your head in their world. Most of them even make sense when taking into account the practical factors of their lives. Except every time a translation happens along the lines of literalism as opposed to original intention. This might be a loaded question, but has anyone at this forum thought about making textures/character sprites/level design on a retail product similar to Duke3D/Doom/Blood/etc?
I know a lot of the work that goes on for custom Duke3D content is all from love for the game, but what if there was a payment involved?

It's funny:

The dress is actually from a line of dresses that comes in Royal Blue (that dress is such). The color in the photo is a weird pale plum and brown combination due to the macro blocking and poor lighting.

And looking it up apparently people that see white and gold have poor color response.

Edit: Making a game is hard. Even a tiny project that you can do in a weekend takes THE ENTIRE WEEKEND just due to constant testing.
