I never have my mic hooked up. I also have this thing where I wake up at the ass crack of dawn and catch a bus to a place I stay at for 8ish hours and then take bus home. You people on the other side of the world suck.

I missed the voice chat? Man, that would've been great - I'm a dirty trap. So yeah, it's probably a good thing I wasn't there. When I'm fucked up on ambien and norco I'm at my absolute worst.

So, anyone into building MAME cabinets here? I've been building mine with my roommate, and it's almost complete. I'll post a picture tomorrow when the initial primer dries, but it's cool - there's a MAME machine and a genuine Mortal Kombat 1 Arcade JAMMA board in - we used a car relay from my piece of shit Honda and a cable that plugs into the ACPI to tell the MK machine to turn on when the PC turns off. Then we wired everything into the MK1 switch so that the computer, Marquee lights, television, and sound system powers on all at once, automagically. We're building the control unit when the parts get here. I'm actually using one of those roller mice with keys built in to it - something from China that was mad expensive. That way I can also play FPS games on it if I felt like doing such a thing, but both 1P and 2P have 8 buttons. Oh, and the coinslot is wired in and works great - with a dollar bill acceptor. That way you can pay the MAME machine and me to strip - All At The Same Time!

It's pretty sweet. I'll post pics tomorrow.
