I believe those creatures are the illusive red panda.

I've had a buzz all day since drinking Red Bull this morning.

Can't relax, can't focus so good. Never drinking it again.

This dream is not that weird or you're not telling something.

I suspect he is not telling us something. It was clearly an erotic dream, or he wasn't wearing pants, which doesn't make it erotic, per se...

Or Micky just has boring dreams.

Every dream is erotic. Or is it?

The weird thing is that Mikko being in it was random. We also apparently chilled around town in locations that don't exist in real life and took photos.

I think I figured out my employment problem:

I don't have any quantifiable experience as an administrative assistant (which is one of those entry level type jobs in my mind) so I fudge a little and talk about being an office assistant when really I was doing either tech support or video work.
Although I have experience in tech support, I don't have any full time experience. I also lack any of the certifications or any degree.

So, here I am, applying to jobs outside of my education field (because I can't find any jobs in my education field) and I'm hoping my little bit of experience on paper gets me an interview where I can talk my way into a job.

Well, I had one phone interview which hopefully leads to an in person interview this week or next week. In the mean time, I've been applying everywhere and adjusting my resume here and there to make it look better. I just applied to work tech support for the US Air Force. They asked about security clearance which I have none but would love to get. Working for the government of armed forces is a pretty nice gig, at least I get the impression it is. Many jobs I've seen required security clearance to even apply.

What's a security clearance and how do you get it?

I have many powers, including one to invade people's dreams.

Hopefully this doesn't annoy my neighbours, I've always wanted to do something like this since I moved in. Originally it was going to be a Zelda cartridge but I decided to try something larger, think I'll go back to doing this with TVs though. Skip to 9:30.

Government clearance as in Top Secret etc. My understanding is that you can only get it if you already work for the government (or military). Basically, it is a very thorough background check. I'm not 100% sure what else is involved other than probably having personal references and work references and pretty much everything about you being examined before they let you get anywhere near any thing even remotely classified.
One of the jobs I applied for today seemed to indicate in the ad that you just have to be able to get clearance (as in, you can't be a terrorist, have a criminal record, be a scum bag/potential spy). I'm not that expectant of that but if I even get a phone call, I'd be happy. Working at an Air Force base would be awesome. I had wanted to join the military growing up but since I'm hearing impaired, that is not an option for me.

In good news, this afternoon in the span of an hour, I got two phone calls asking me to come in for interviews this week. Now I'm a lot less pessimistic about my job hunt. If I can get two phone calls (three if you count the one from a few weeks ago) about potential interviews in a month of applying, there is hope for me to get a job by the end of May.

Is it clearance for life or what? Because I can't understand why would anyone require one before you actually landing a job. Isn't it their job to clear you once you're as good as hired?

Thanks. I was inspired to make something better after looking at various threads like "show your consoles". Funny that my consoles were in the cupboard several months before that as I hardly needed them.
