Seven hours ago, I finished working out. I met up with some buddies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a little post workout boost.

I got me this low cal smoothie and Johnny recommended that they add fat burner to it. I thought it sounded like a good idea, so I went ahead and did it.

What a fucking mistake that was.

I've done enough illicit crap in my life to know when your body is rejecting something. Oh my God, this literally feels like I've been poisoned.

Been on the verge of puking for six hours. It's not like a virus feeling, or food poisoning, it's like your stomach is saying "Dude, this chemical has to go. Maybe. We'll see. I'm gonna knot up again in like five minutes. Maybe then." It's like a never ending vomit cocktease. All my joints ache, BAD, like I have a mini flu. I am wired as hell, and beating off didn't do shit.

Fuck this. What the hell did they put in this shit?

Btw I have no idea what you mean by "fat burner", I've never heard of the term used to describe something you eat/drink, except celery, but that's a myth.
