Ah, yes..I was going to say, I don't remember a nuke in that game. However, that is something missing in most games these days: solid nuclear weapons. Shadow Warrior did it well enough but not much as really matched it. The nuke in CoD MW was, albeit, impressive, but annoying as hell since you died.

Its like the Doom super shotgun, i mean really can no one make a good double barrel shotgun anymore?

Hey I have nukes and double barrel shotguns in my mods and I think they are pretty good, but I guess mods don't count.

Not true. I lent my badminton racket to a guy in a lower year level in a school sporting event. When I came to collect it at the end of the day, he didn't have it. Apparently he left it somewhere and it was gone. I looked around and followed up to no avail.

I won it for free in a competition, but that's not the point. It was worth over $100 and he took no care or responsibility for it. I regret it big time.

I didn't mean it like that. You should regret that this guy was an asshole, not the fact that you were kind enough to give a racket. In the end of course it is better to be a selfish persons and not to give anything to anyone.

Ok well how about when I was in yr 2 or something, and everyone in our class needed a pair of scissors, so there was a massive rush to the front (where they were kept). So I decided to let everyone else get theirs first and get mine when they were gone, but by the time I got there, there were no scissors left for myself!

I feel like the anti-Aesop.

There were loads of scissors at my school, they were all right-handed scissors though, not much good when you're left handed.

The difference is in which blade is on which side, on right-handed scissors, the lower blade (upper handle) is to the left, on left handed this is reversed, just try using some scissors with your left hand and you'll realise the paper will not cut for some reason, I don't fully understand how this works, but believe me, I soon learned how to be ambidextrous.

SO, I want to add a German language new source to my news feed so I can practice reading. I could ask my German teacher but I figure here is as good a place as any to inquire. Obviously, I can find other stuff within my area for journal articles and crap like that, but I just want to read German. Short articles but ones of actual substance (no offense, but gaming articles don't really count).
Eventually, I'll add a French news source also, but that is something for later.

Read this thing yesterday where some people were concerned that Fringe might get cancelled after this season because of low viewers. Here's the thing. The other shows aren't doing that great either, so that's a good thing. That means we might see a 5th season or more.

Well, it is on Friday night. I'm not even sure what is on before or after it, but that would be why people aren't watching it. Friday night is the death slot but it worked OK for Fringe last season.

Back in the day, The X-Files started out on Friday, but moved to Sunday after season 4 I believe. Of course back then I couldn't watch it on Sunday because it was a school night the next day.

I'd hate to go on strike. Place where I work is unionized, however, for me I have my disability pension to fall back on. Some people aren't as lucky unfortunately.
