Backup. My FSX DVDs are 7 years old, and some of the software I got with it came with installers that I don't want to lose. Not easily replaceable. Some places allow you to download the installers 100 times, but others, you only get to download them for a year. So if I had them all locally, then I wouldn't have to worry about losing the installers.

Africa! Revolution!".
