First strike votes are in. An overwhelming 97% vote to strike. They have to do the rest of Alberta over the next week or so, then average all the votes.

Another 97% for Calgary. So by the 28th should have all the votes and by the beginning of September should know whether I'm going on strike or not. Seems likely.

These union guys are seriously hardcore with stuff like: "People will eat horseshit if you put enough icing on it" in big bold and italicized lettering. Reading from my union strike pamphlet. They didn't actually write that, but it was a quote from the father of the guy who runs this place currently (who we're going to strike against). Kind of give the kid a shot in the arm, or a wake up call of sorts. Can't wait until we get the Calgary votes in later today. I want to know how the results are.

Missed the Purolator guy by 4 minutes. I was out getting some stuff, so I might have to wait until Monday to get my package. Would be kind of nice if they told you exactly when they are coming to drop off your stuff, but I think it's completely random what time of day they drop off your stuff.

Time seems to be increasing it's speed every year. Guys here's something that's true: When your a kid a month passes like a year, but when your all grown up a year passes like a month.
