Maybe its because I grew up with 64 and ZH where you could actually save the girls. I prefer the heroic side of Duke, not the macabre version.

Anyway, im glad that those concepts are nothing more than concepts. The game goes far enough I think. No need to go full-on Hentai/porn.

I think thats why that level stood out to me a lot. It went from Duke is finally back, saying one liners, kicking ass, and then... bad shit going on. Similar to the stuff in Duke3D

It should make you feel uncomfortable. But this is not a bad thing. The bad thing is that it seemed to have no reaction whatsoever on Duke.

In the "movies" directory, there is a loading screen named Load_Rooftops.bik. I don't remember seeing it anywhere in the game. Does anyone know where is it from ?

I think Randy might have said there was a secret level in the game, but my memory is a bit fuzzy. If so, that might just be it.

There is only the movie file with that name. My guess is that this thing has something to do with the future DLC (the LKR from the multiplayer DLC could stand for Lady Killer Rooftop) and that the file just happened to be here by accident.

He did say that but I don't think it's true. Someone from Gearbox said there was an Area 51 level which we know is a load of crap.

That would've totally killed the sales. Pretty much all major retailers outright refuse to sell any AO rated games. It would've been awesome though, creepy, byt highly erotic and outright pornographic. Maby we'll mod it in the game, in the future...

Wow the 2009 trailer def is old school Duke. He even makes the classic pissed off look that's been seen in his old game art. Gotta admit, I kinda miss that look. But I still love the new design as well.

said it was in. Was it cut at the last minute? They say you
can find it by going through a closet door. I happen to think there's a ton of stuff people haven't found yet.

There's no map file in the DNF directory, nor a loading screen or anything. There's no secret levels, just cut levels.
