I played the Duke Nudem flash game to see some boobies. I'm too lazy to play through all the girls, but I played through one and figured out the links for the others.

I think the last two are group shots; the first one seems to be unlocked after beating all four girls, and the second one is unlocked via cheat code.
When you're at the screen to choose/download wallpapers and to see your score, you can start typing and a box will pop up for the cheat code. People at the Gearbox forums claim that the code is "DNUNLOCK" but I haven't been able to get it to work...

EDIT:
The code is "DNitems". A whole gallery is unlocked alongside the wallpapers.
EDIT 2:
Forgot to mention that this code unlocked EVERY wallpaper and the gallery. There's more than a few pictures in there...

It's not really prime wallpaper material, but maybe you can edit the shades in photoshop and crop it and you can make a wallpaper out of it
