I have been a fan of duke nukem for a lot of time but i have recently heard for this HRP. And i tried to install it but it doesnt work in any way...
I tried with the instalation, and the zip file but notfing. And i got Eduke but dosnt work) plz help me or can someone PLEASE put his duke nukem on rapidshare or megaupload or somewhere cuz i dont know how to do it. And i have original my brother bought it one month after release. Plz i am desperate seeing on youtube how good that is

Do you have a file called "DUKE3D.GRP" in your folder that "eduke32.exe" is in?

Yes i have + i got a lot of mods... and some high res music and little things.
Can you tell me how do i install so i see if i installed properly i got ZIP folder

Well, according to your log file it's not even reading it and quitting as soon as it get to that point which could indicate that you have a pirated version.

This game is not free and it still has to be purchased, no one is going to send you any rapeshare links. (If they do then they are fucking retarded)

Also the version of eduke32 you are using is OLD.
Try using the current and if your "duke3d.grp" is pirated it should work.

Still doesnt work i got ZIP in autoload, the newest Eduke, and i enable polymer, enable autoload, and there i give autoload...(where it says none before that)

I just told you how to install the HRP with the .zip file.
You place the .ZIP file (DONT EXTRACT IT) into the autoload folder, then make sure that "include autoload folder" is ticked on the startup window.

If you still can't work this out then I am sorry for you.

I am not even going to ask why you have the Polymer HRP and the old HRP and those other files in there causing possible conflicts. Remove all of them apart from the Polymer_HRP.

Even then I am going to bet it's the wrong version so if the following thread isn't to hard for you to understand then follow the directions in this one.

So i couldnt sleep and i downloaded tortoise, downloaded, HRP from URL, did ewerything you said, and exported to my path and guess what it DOESNT WORK

Ok, maybe you aint quite getting it but you have provided no one on this forum with any proof that you even own the game, so till I even see a full eduke32.log or pictures of your directory I am not going to *try* help you any more.
Because for all I know you have download some shit ass pirated version from the internet and can't work out how to get it to work.

In FAQ it says i have to change rendering to 32 bit.But i cant even change rendering it just says software...
PS: so i reinstalled the game and downloaded ZIP file and Eduke i think it is the right one. And now when i come to game i see some differences like the typos are better but notfing else.So here is my new LOG:

Of course you need Dukeplus if you want the DB shotgun.

I don't know why you're having problems with getting HRP to work. If it doesn't work then it means that your computer is crappy or that you're "not smart enough"

When you run Eduke32 does the settings box pop up before running the game? If so in the resolution window (video mode) choose one that says 32bpp. For example 1280x 800 32bpp. Also make sure that the "enable autoload folder" is ticked and if you installed it correctly this should work.

and dowload the INSTALER and not the zip. After the instalation just copy Duke3d.grp to the folder and a recent version of eduke32 because the one in there is probably very old. If it still doesn't work then go kill yourself

eehhh delete all *.cfg files from the folder. Also see if you have models turned on and highres textures enabled in video settings/renderer setup (one of these) they're in the options menu when you run the game. Also what's inside this HRP folder and what's inside autoload?

ok i downloaded and installed but now it says than i got to run from desktop shortcut but it didnt make any shortcut.
and in game menu>video settings>redering i cant change that. WHY? plz i am so getting desperat i wil try ewerything you said now.

PS: HRP was the autoload folder. i did like commander said up

And i got no problems running duke its just that HRP doesnt work and that one before was from Open_GL
