If 3DR wins, what team do you want to finish DNF?  "Don't complain you know 3DR can't finish it themselves"

#1

Well as you read, if 3DR wins the lawsuit what external deveolment team do you want to finish Duke Forever, as 3DR can't do themselves?. My vote is on Gearbox.

Valve. Their logo has become a seal of quality.

Some team from SEGA, it isn't likely that they'd do it, but in my opinion, the SEGA logo is also a seal of quality. Or maybe Headstrong.

If I'm realistic, a team from Electronic Arts.

Fuck you man. Fuck that shit. EA is the shittiest developer. They are the devil. Their evil hands will milk Duke's cock for so much that he won't be able to get it up anymore.

Renegay wasn't to bad, but you have to remember that it was made when EA was the publisher and Westwood was the developer. (Same thing like with 3DR and T2)

So EA was rushing them to get it out the door, the release date was set back twice IIRC and WW was not satisfied with the end product. (This is true for Tib Sun and RA2 as well)

Although, I prefer to play A Path Beyond than Renegay as you know.

I'm not terribly happy with any of the big-name developers at the moment, but if I had to choose, I'd go with Valve, so long as they realize that focus should be on gameplay rather than story or graphics.

Edit: Also Rockstar Games.

My initial thoughts would be Gearbox, too... in my opinion they're the only developer I'd trust with the future of the franchise!

Gearbox here too, though not because they're the only guys I would "trust" but because they're a competent group with First Person Shooters.

I'd honestly favour Monolith over Gearbox.

Monolith knows 3D Realms, and they've established themselves as a successful and original company over the years.

If I'm thinking from a dream perspective I'd say Remedy or Atari, but on a more realistic plane I'd say Gearbox or Monolith.

Edit:
On second thought, Id would be awesome as well.

I think the best team that could make a new duke nukem game is either one made out of very talented independent devs that also happen to be big fans of duke nukem 3d. Or my personal dream would be to unite all of the old duke nukem 3d devs and lock them inside a room give them money and keep them at gun point until they finish the game! No rushing but just keep them at gun point so they don't forget what they are supposed to do!

I'd put my money on Grasshopper Manufacture, Goichi Suda overseeing DNF would be great.

Duke = Over The Top
Goichi Suda = Over The Top.

It's only logical.

No one. DNF should not be born. Ever.

Although, some other game(Duke Nukem Begins, The Dark Duke or whatever) might be sweet to play.

There might be some logic in that, even I am starting to get that feeling in the back of my mind that it might be one of those things that is best left unseen and forgotten about at this point.

Oh, and just to see what happens this time Sega or EA! (Even though I already said it).
