Isnt there a con/script command for changing the midi music track based on whatever such and such coding? Couldnt you do that somehow with cons and the SE's and then use the high quality music functionality from Eduke to overwrite the midi?

 The bit I played was good in anycase! The only thing I did wrong was by Mikko's review I assumed that the ammo you got at the start was ALL you got so I melee'd all the human enemies I found until I saw a bunch of speargun ammo. I really like the art style you've managed to achieve with all the textures you've used and stuff.
