Just push the three buttons behind the desk.

Well, in any case, you can use your PDA scanner to find the right combination.

Oh I didn't know I could use the PDA to scan for the combo. Is it in the same room roughly or spread throughout the level?
And yeah this is for AMC squad, not Duke3D
