How do I set up Redneck Rampage: Suckin' Grits on Route 66 and Redneck Rampage Rides Again in RedNukem?

Then I have one other question on that, when running that .bat script and RedNukem opens, it only shows the name as Redneck Rampage, and not Route 66. Can that be fixed or should I open a Github issue for that?
