For some reason screenshot reminds me of Psydead: https://msdn.duke4.net/hotpsydead.php (another classic that might have been worth a mention in the interesting texturing thread too IIRC, by the way) but I haven't played that map in over a decade so I doubt that's it. Damn, I actually really feel like replaying it now though.

ck3D is on the right track, but it's actually Legends 2 (both maps have similar visuals).

I don't think that's it but completely out of the blue, On Him Their Lives Depend by Kevin Cools? Style looks similar to how he used to design things (or really that time period in Duke mapping altogether, but he exemplified it pretty well).

At first I wanted to say Operation Get Bike Back, or Bombshells from Alien Armageddon, but looking at it closer I'm less and less sure it was either in that family...

Was also thinking about Kevin (or even Alejandro, but more Kevin), especially the blue pal on the lights is quite his trademark... I even checked "Eye Witness", but it's not that one

Also having a closer look, the texturing doesn't really look that meticulously polished here.

And btw, this section really looks out of place for Tavio. I was like "did Kevin Cools made this part?", because it screams like him or any other mapper except Tavio himself. No wonder it confused you folks!

Oh, is it from TamDuke? I have never played that episode in full but remember similar aesthetics from screenshots and YouTube videos. One of the early levels maybe?

About that Taivo map, screenshot wasn't that misleading in hindsight, I should have remembered. Funny thing is, if I'm not mistaken, back in the day he also caught some flack on AMC for that level in particular looking too similar to another map by either Kuffi, Fakir or Alejandro, can't remember exactly. Not to be the asshole bringing back some old nonsensical bullshit, just that backstory makes the present day general confusion with Kuffi's style funnier.
