I actually think they have some Duke project progress maintained in an excel sheet, and the game is making excellent progress in that.I think thats what the above message means. As far as whether the project is DNF, I don't know, but it does seem like it's DNF when you look at Duke's last hint about "they don't stand a chance, and you have "two" guesses hinting at Take 2 doesn't chance. My personal guess DNF will go gold just a day or few days before the Take 2 court case hearing date making Take 2's case invalid. So to sum up Duke is making excellent progress in spreadsheet and that's why Take 2 doesn't stand a chance !

Now this may not be an excel table, but as you can see, it looks like the DNF project status/state/milestones were maintained and updated in a tabular format.
