My current Hori RAP N with a Sanwa JLF, mainly so I can switch it to a 4 way movement if need be.

Might buy Sanwa Red metallic buttons but right now I'm digging it.

Also have a Neo Geo arcade stick pro, which is a nice stick for the cash, along with being one of the better mini consoles,
very arcadey feeling, and moddable, but sadly no moddable faceplate,
unless maybe you're into 3D printing.

Hori real arcade pro N is the fight stick itself, buttons, PCB, joystick, housing, all of it.

I replaced the original Hayabusa joystick with a Sanwa one so I could switch from 8 way to 4 way.

8 way is for most video games, but a 4 way is for older arcade games, Pac man, dig dug, etc.

Sanwa JLF is a form of arcade joystick:

It is used especially for fighting games, such as Street Fighter 2 and King of Fighters. Both companies also make arcade buttons as well.

The two Japanese companies that most people use for their arcade joysticks are Sanwa and Seimitsu. The pages from the site below explains the difference between them, as well as the components that make up arcade joysticks in general:

Hori is a company that manufacturers computer peripherals and game controllers:

Hori game controllers are moddable to the point that you can use Sanwa or Seimitsu joysticks as well.

As an aside, Fightcade.com allows you to play fighting games online against people from all over the world. If you ever want to play those online, go there.
