Where can I get the Palettes for DNTM?

And also, what's a good Palette editor?

There's no global palette for DNTM like the PC version has.

My understanding is groups of tiles share 4-bit or 6-bit palettes.

I'm unsure how the palswaps are handled

Palswaps are just converted to Duke 3D palette. :/
