New Win10 drivers for Soundblaster Z

After more than 2.5 years (!), Creative finally got around to updating their Win10 drivers for the Soundblaster Z/Zx series. If any of you have this soundcard, you might consider updating. God knows when they will do this again.

Latest version number is now 1.01.11 (before: 1.01.10)
Release date: Sep 27, 2019

Changelog:
- Fixes Sound Blaster Z incorrectly being detected as Sound Blaster Recon3D
- Fixes no audio after a Windows 10 upgrade
- General improvements for Windows 10
