I have no idea of what to say, and of course, as this just happened, it is impossible to know what the truth of the situation is. But if all of this is true, it raises a lot of terrifying questions, not the least why Callender, if he knew about this, didn't immediately report Randy for what he supposedly did. And if Randy is guilty of this, then it definitely makes the DNF and Aliens: Colonial Marines situations even more of a bitter pill to swallow.

Randy, since you sometimes come on to the forum, I hope you have an explanation for all of this and can prove your innocence.

Well, Randy has already admitted that the story about the USB stick containing company data + some added porn is true (of course he denies the child porn part) and honestly that's all I need to know about the level of professionalism going on at Gearbox. Guess the industry will think the same way so Gearbox is absolutely in deep shit now. If Borderlands 3 flops they'll go under fast.

Randy denied the allegation by saying she was barely legal and that her fake orgasms and "squirting" were like magic.

I am interested to see what comes of this. These are serious allegations, and the guy making them knows damn well what kind of problems you cause for yourself if you make accusations of that caliber without something to back them up.

I guess what it comes down to is whether you think former Lt Cmdr Wade Callender of US Navy JAG is making things up out of spite, or whether there's more to it. I don't have an answer.

The CP thing doesn't make sense. So an USB drive with CP first gets in the hands of some kid which they have to bribe to get back, then everyone at Gearbox had a laugh at the "magic trick" (it's pee, Randy) at Pitchford's expense, yet it didn't raise any red flags to anyone?

There's not direct answer for what happened at those parties that Randy held though.

The underage porn claim is part of the background in a civil suit. It's an attempt to paint Randy in a bad light to make the fired lawyer's claims about Randy's breach of contract seem more credible and to get revenge on him by ensuring that his name is dragged through the mud. This is not a criminal case and the USB accusation is not part of what Randy is being sued for. The USB drive is long gone and there is no underage victim coming forward to make any accusation. So, people are free to speculate about whether the camgirl was or was not 18 but there is zero chance of Randy being in legal trouble for it.

EDIT: After reading the part of the suit that makes the USB claim, it's clear that they have no evidence at all and don't want to stick their necks out. They use the legal weasel words "on information and belief" -- meaning that they concede it is hearsay and have no firsthand knowledge of the porn on the USB. Then instead of simply saying that it contained underage porn, they put scare quotes around it:

Just my perspective but it sounds more like a pedophile suggesting he's not a pedophile. Doesn't mean he is but it's definitely a really weird detail to draw out. The best way to lie about something like this is to tell 90% of the truth. Again it's not proof of anything but it's weird.
