It's always been CTRL-ALT-DELETE to me.

Although, I must say, CTRL-SHIFT-ESC became more popular for me.

Same here. I've been using a networked keyboard with my Windows box for years (keyboard is attached to a Linux box and the input just goes over the LAN), so using C-A-D isn't even a viable option for me anyway.

Not sure I understand how it works in your case, but perhaps it is possible to reveal "C-A-D" dialogue by pressing CTRL-ALT-END? It works in remote for example, but most likely it won't work in your situation since this shortcut is solely for MS's RDP.

The thing I use is called Synergy. It pretty much kicks ass.

U.S. MM/DD/YEAR
N.Z. DD/MM/YEAR

U.S. Ctrl Alt Delete
Therefore I go Alt Ctrl Delete.

What kind of counter argument is that, U.S does everything backwards when it comes.to dates, mesurment, speed etc.
Alphabetical order makes the most sense.

I've been using that more often because I only use CTRL-ALT-DEL to get Task manager anyway.

They drive backwards?
Or is this.the left hand right hand argument?
I havent done the math, but I think you might find more people drive on the left hand side.

My argument is that those things are irrelevant to this discussion.

I'm old fashion.

CTRL + ALT and DEL.

ctrl to left, alt to left and del near small enter to the right,.

Isn't "old fashion" to press DEL near direction buttons?

Since I started to use a computer I always used these CTRL and ALT to the left
and DEL near the numbers.

Delete (del near insert) works too. Well haven't tried it in ages,

In case anybody wondered, I use the leftmost Ctrl+Alt keys and the Delete above the cursor keys. I am very comfortable doing this and I use the keyboard more than most people, for example, I use Ctrl+Esc to access the start menu, I hot-switch a lot (Alt+Tab and Alt+Shift+Tab) F10 or Alt to access menus and even simple navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Return, First char of file/dir I want and F4 to get the address bar are some examples) as opposed to the mouse, presumably as my first computer didn't have a mouse and I find it faster and easier this way.

I also have my keyboard (US Layout) set up under US International Layout so I effectively have a third Shift key (Right Alt) allowing me access to a wider character set without having to tap in the ASCII value on the numeric keypad (I always have Numlock On) - in some respects my choice is not efficient as I have to press RAlt+Shift+4 to get the Pound symbol (£) or hold Alt and type 0163 (Or 0156 in MS-DOS). However, if you ever wondered why I often use characters that can't normally be typed (¹²³¼½¾‘’ etc...) you now have your answer.

I always did a two-hander, left hand on LCtrl (finger 4) and LAlt (2), and right on Delete (3). For Ctrl+Shift+Escape, it's a one-hander using my left hand's fingers 3, 4, and 5.

Yes. It requires less stretching and rotation than other options.
