In the most current build of BuildGDX (1.02), while playing Blood, I noticed that the "Enemies Quantity" slider under the "<Custom>" difficulty does not work. Whether you slide it down for less enemies or up for more enemies, nothing happens.
I haven't tested whether or not the other two sliders work, but the Enemies Quantity one is the only one that I play with, so I was wondering if that would be patched at some point.
Nice to see the Mouselook in BloodGDX has finally been smoothed out a lot though!
