ive come to a problem that i simply cant fix by myself.
when i create a projectile that is not hitscan, then i cant make it hit 100% unaccurate.
i saw that the devastator can hit randomly, just like the hitscan weapons...
so maybe the devastator is hardcoded?
ive tried using the onevent GETSHOTRANGE with no good results.
ive also tried spawning actors when i shoot the gun myself, but i couldnt figure out what to do there.
hmm i dont think that there is more to ask? maybe i will remember later lol
